Pricing & fees

There is never an upfront or listing fee to put an event on LucidTickets. You set your ticket price and you keep every shilling of it. Buyers pay a small platform fee on top at checkout, shown to them clearly before they pay, so it is never deducted from you.

We do take a small commission on tickets that actually sell. It is never itemized per ticket or per sale. You always see the full price you sold each ticket for. We reconcile it once, as a single total, when we release your event’s final payout report after it ends.

We are not publishing a single fixed rate yet. Instead, our team reaches out directly to each event organizer to agree on a rate together, one that fits the size and type of your event, rather than a one-size-fits-all number.
